Greek Inspired Meatballs
These delicious Shady Brook Farms® Greek inspired meatballs are packed with flavor, super easy to make and easy on the grocery store budget, too!

Ingredients
- 1 package of Shady Brook Farms® Ground Turkey (any lean point)
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 package zucchini noodles
- 2 tsp. dry dill
- Olive oil

Step 1
In a large bowl, add the ground turkey, bread crumbs, milk, egg, spinach, feta, salt, pepper and dill. -
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients and form the turkey mixture into 14-16 equal sized balls. -
Step 3
Add them to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and place them in a 375°F oven for 30 minutes or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F. -
Step 4
While the meatballs are cooking, add the zucchini noodles to a hot skillet with 2 tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the noodles, stirring occasionally, until they are soft but not mushy, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. -
Step 5
Serve the Greek meatballs over the zucchini noodles. Drizzle with olive oil and enjoy.
