Turkey Meatball Meal Prep

Meal prep with turkey and fresh ingredients for a delicious healthy lunch!

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Step 2

    In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Pecorino Romano cheese, egg, chopped spinach and garlic salt.
  • Step 3

    Mix until well combined and form into 1-inch meatballs
  • Step 4

    Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Step 5

    In a medium saucepan, heat the tomato sauce over medium heat.
  • Step 6

    Add the cooked meatballs to the tomato sauce and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  • Step 7

    Serve the meatballs and tomato sauce over a bed of cooked zoodles. Garnish with additional chopped spinach & cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
