Turkey Meatball Meal Prep
Meal prep with turkey and fresh ingredients for a delicious healthy lunch!

Ingredients
- 1 package Shady Brook Farms® Ground Turkey (any lean point)
- 2/3 cup of Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of Pecorino Romano, grated
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- Zucchini (noodles)
- 1 tbsp. of garlic salt seasoning
- 1 egg
- Jar of tomato sauce

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). -
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Pecorino Romano cheese, egg, chopped spinach and garlic salt. -
Step 3
Mix until well combined and form into 1-inch meatballs -
Step 4
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. -
Step 5
In a medium saucepan, heat the tomato sauce over medium heat. -
Step 6
Add the cooked meatballs to the tomato sauce and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes. -
Step 7
Serve the meatballs and tomato sauce over a bed of cooked zoodles. Garnish with additional chopped spinach & cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
