Turkey Tenderloin Sliders
Easy Turkey Tenderloin Sliders are a favorite way to break out of a food rut. With a simple spice rub, you can prep affordable lunch meat for easy meals all week. Or assemble into sliders for an easy family meal.

Ingredients
- 1 package Shady Brook Farms® Turkey Breast Tenderloins
- 12 sweet rolls
- 8 slices cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ¼ cup mayo or mustard
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tbsp. spice rub (I make my own with brown sugar, paprika, salt, dried thyme, and garlic powder)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil divided
- 1 zucchini

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325°F. -
Step 2
Stir together the brown sugar, paprika, salt, dried thyme, and garlic powder. -
Step 3
Remove the turkey breast tenderloin from the package and pat dry. Top with the spice mixture and 1 tablespoon olive oil and rub gently to coat the top. -
Step 4
Place a cast iron skillet into the oven for 5 minutes to heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, swirl to coat, then add the turkey to the pan. -
Step 5
Bake for about 30 minutes or until an instant read meat thermometer reads 165°F. Remove from oven and let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing. -
Step 6
Layer the turkey slices onto rolls with cheese, baby spinach, and mayo or mustard as you like. -
Step 7
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter, pop back into the oven for a few minutes to warm through -
Step 8
Slice up the zucchini into sticks, plate next to sandwich, and serve.
