Turkey Tenderloin Sliders
Easy Turkey Tenderloin Sliders are a favorite way to break out of a food rut. With a simple spice rub, you can prep affordable lunch meat for easy meals all week. Or assemble into sliders for an easy family meal.

- 1 package Shady Brook Farms® Turkey Breast Tenderloins
- 12 sweet rolls
- 8 slices cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ¼ cup mayo or mustard
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tbsp. spice rub (I make my own with brown sugar, paprika, salt, dried thyme, and garlic powder)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil divided
- 1 zucchini
Step 1Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Step 2Stir together the brown sugar, paprika, salt, dried thyme, and garlic powder.
Step 3Remove the turkey breast tenderloin from the package and pat dry. Top with the spice mixture and 1 tablespoon olive oil and rub gently to coat the top.
Step 4Place a cast iron skillet into the oven for 5 minutes to heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, swirl to coat, then add the turkey to the pan.
Step 5Bake for about 30 minutes or until an instant read meat thermometer reads 165°F. Remove from oven and let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Step 6Layer the turkey slices onto rolls with cheese, baby spinach, and mayo or mustard as you like.
Step 7Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter, pop back into the oven for a few minutes to warm through
Step 8Slice up the zucchini into sticks, plate next to sandwich, and serve.
