- 1 tbsp. ground mustard
- 1 tbsp. celery salt
Spritzing Liquid
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup bourbon
- ¼ cup maraschino cherry juice
Cherry Bourbon BBQ Sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. mustard powder
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 2 cups ketchup
- 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
- 3 tbsp. bourbon
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. hot sauce

Step 1
Preheat the smoker to 300°F. -
Step 2
For Rub, combine all ingredients and rub over turkey breast. Place turkey breast skin side up in the smoker. -
Step 3
For Spritzing Liquid, combine all ingredients. -
Step 4
Smoke the turkey for 1 hour and then start spritzing with the Spritzing Liquid every 10 to 15 minutes. -
Step 5
Smoke 1½ to 2 hours or until the thermometer in the thickest part of the turkey breast registers 160°F. -
Step 6
Transfer the turkey to a cutting board and tent with foil for 30 minutes to allow temperature to reach 170°F. -
Step 7
Preheat smoker to 450°F. While the turkey is resting, combine all ingredients for Barbecue Sauce in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. -
Step 8
Slice the turkey into 1 to 1½-inch cubes and baste with the barbecue sauce. Place cubes in smoker and cook until cubes are crisp on all sides. Serve immediately with the remaining barbecue sauce.
