Delicious Oven-Roasted Turkey

Ingredients
- 1 Bone-In Turkey Breast
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 can (1/4-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 12 cups unseasoned stuffing cubes
- Warm water
- Melted butter

Step 1
Leave turkey in refrigerator for 1-3 days (not freezer), to thaw-out. -
Step 2
Preheat to 350°F. Meanwhile, chop your favorite vegetables, combine with other ingredients, and place in turkey. -
Step 3
Cook the bird until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached, about 3 hours.
