Ingredients
- 1 Fresh Whole Turkey
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 2 red onions quartered
- 2 yellow onions quartered
- Large sprig of fresh thyme
- Large sprig of fresh sage
- 1 stick of butter
- 32 oz. chicken broth
- Any other favorite herbs
- Salt

Step 1
Combine chicken broth with thyme, sage and other herbs and bring to a boil. Let the mixture cool, then inject evenly into the turkey. Cover exterior of bird with olive oil and coat with your favorite dry rub (we recommend Greek Seasoning). Stuff the cavity of the turkey with garlic and onions. -
Step 2
Bring smoker to 250-320°F. Put bird on. Remove when bird reaches 165°F in breast and 170°F in thigh. Let rest 30 minutes and enjoy!
