  • 1 Fresh Whole Turkey
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 2 red onions quartered
  • 2 yellow onions quartered
  • Large sprig of fresh thyme 
  • Large sprig of fresh sage.
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Chicken bullion
  • 32oz Chicken broth
  • Any other favorite herbs
  • Salt

  • Step 1

    Bring Turkey Injection to boil. Let cool and then inject bird. Cover bird with olive oil. Use favorite dry rub (we recommend Greek seasoning). Cover exterior of bird.

    Put an ice pack on the breast side of the turkey to make it cooler so that it cooks a little slower and doesn’t dry out.
  • Step 2

    Bring smoker to 250-320°F. Put bird on. Remove when bird reaches 165°F in breast and 170°F in thigh. Let rest 30 minutes and enjoy!
