Garlic Buffalo Turkey Breast

Ingredients
- 1 package Shadybrook Farms® Bone-In Breast
- 1 cup Butter, softened
- 1/2 tbs Salt
- 1 tbs Onion powder
- 1/2 tbs Sage
- 1/2 tbs Black Pepper
- 1 tbs Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce, divided

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. -
Step 2
Mix all ingredients except for 1/4c buffalo sauce. -
Step 3
Place butter mixture under and over skin of your turkey breast. -
Step 4
Place the turkey on a roasting pan. -
Step 5
Place the turkey in the oven for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165° F. -
Step 6
Baste turkey every 30 minutes with remaining buffalo sauce. -
Step 7
Let the turkey rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
