Garlic Buffalo Turkey Breast

- 1 package Shadybrook Farms® Bone-In Breast
- 1 cup Butter, softened
- 1/2 tbs Salt
- 1 tbs Onion powder
- 1/2 tbs Sage
- 1/2 tbs Black Pepper
- 1 tbs Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce, divided
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2Mix all ingredients except for 1/4c buffalo sauce.
Step 3Place butter mixture under and over skin of your turkey breast.
Step 4Place the turkey on a roasting pan.
Step 5Place the turkey in the oven for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165° F.
Step 6Baste turkey every 30 minutes with remaining buffalo sauce.
Step 7Let the turkey rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
