Grilled Bacon Cheddar Turkey Burger

Ingredients
- 1 package Bacon Cheddar Turkey Patties
- 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 cup red onion
- 4 brioche buns, split and toasted

Step 1
Preheat the outdoor grill to 450°F and lightly oil the grates or place a large sauté pan over medium heat. -
Step 2
Place the turkey burgers on the grill or saute pan and cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 4-6 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to confirm patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 165°F. -
Step 3
While turkey burgers are cooking, heat the buns in the oven or a toaster (optional). -
Step 4
Once the patties are cooked, place the buns on a clean work surface. Spread 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise onto each of the bottom buns. Next, top the mayonnaise with ¼ cup of tomatoes, then ¼ cup of arugula. Top the arugula with ¼ cup of red onions. -
Step 5
Place on a platter and serve immediately.
