Step 1
Remove the tenderloins from the fridge and then heat the grill to high heat.
-
Step 2
Slice the romaine hearts in half lengthwise and set aside.
-
Step 3
Reduce the heat of the grill to medium high and grease the grill grates to begin grilling the turkey tenderloins. Cook for 5 minutes on the first side, then flip them over. Cook on this side for 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the turkey has reached 165°F. Once the turkey is done, remove and set aside to rest.
-
Step 4
Add slices of lemon and the romaine hearts to the grill. Flip the lemons and romaine after 3 minutes. They should be slightly seared, but not burnt.
-
Step 5
Slice the turkey and begin assembling the caesar salad starting with the romaine on a platter. Add the sliced turkey, chopped tomatoes, chopped bacon, and shaved parmesan. Drizzle creamy caesar dressing over the top and add a squeeze of the grilled lemon. Garnish with remaining grilled lemons and enjoy.
