Ground Turkey Fajita Sheet Pan Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 lb. 93% / 7% Fat Ground Turkey
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 10 oz. corn tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup cotija cheese
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- Lime wedges for serving
- Thinly sliced jalapeño
- Guacamole
- Pico de gallo
- Sour Cream
- Cilantro

Step 1
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and place the onions and peppers in. Sauté for 3-5 minutes. -
Step 2
Set the peppers and onions aside and in the same pan begin browning the turkey over medium high heat. Cook for 5-6 minutes then add in the cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. -
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 425°F. -
Step 4
Spread 1/2 of the corn tortilla chips out thinly on a sheet pan. Top with 1/2 of the cheddar cheese and 1/2 of the turkey mixture. Top with the last 1/2 of the corn tortilla chips and layer the remaining cheddar cheese and turkey mixture on top. -
Step 5
Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes until all of the cheese is melted. -
Step 6
Remove from the oven and top with cotija cheese, sliced jalapeño, guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
