Oven Roasted Honey Mustard Bone-In Breast Turkey

Ingredients
- 3 lb Honeysuckle White Bone in Breast Turkey
- ⅓ cup dijon mustard
- ⅓ cup whole grain mustard
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil

Step 1
Whisk together the mustards, salt, pepper, paprika, honey, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. -
Step 2
Place the turkey breast on a baking sheet and pat the bone in breast dry. -
Step 3
Evenly pour the marinade over the entire thing and cover with saran wrap or tin foil. -
Step 4
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to 4 hours. -
Step 5
When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 425 degrees and cook uncovered for 30 minutes. -
Step 6
Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and continue cooking for another 35-45 minutes or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. -
Step 7
Remove from the oven and allow to set for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted veggies and enjoy.
