Oven Roasted Honey Mustard Bone-In Breast Turkey

Ingredients

    Whisk together the mustards, salt, pepper, paprika, honey, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

    Place the turkey breast on a baking sheet and pat the bone in breast dry.
  • Step 3

    Evenly pour the marinade over the entire thing and cover with saran wrap or tin foil.

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to 4 hours.

    When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 425 degrees and cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
  • Step 6

    Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and continue cooking for another 35-45 minutes or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  • Step 7

    Remove from the oven and allow to set for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted veggies and enjoy.
