Spicy Chimichurri Turkey Burgers

- 4 Savory Seasoned Turkey Patties
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 4 brioche buns
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 bunch of flat leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano
- 1/2 serrano pepper (1 whole if you want to feel the burn)
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 3/4 extra virgin olive oil
Step 1Combine all chimichurri ingredients in a food processor and pulse for about 20 seconds. Transfer to a small bowl.
Step 2Before grilling, add a spoonful of chimichurri to each Savory Seasoned Turkey Patty and spread evenly. Flip each patty and repeat the process.
Step 3Grill each patty over indirect heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 4Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty and continue to cook until cheese is melted and the internal temperature of each patty reaches 165°F.
Step 5Place a spoonful of chimichurri on a brioche bun and top with a turkey patty, tomato, onions, avocado, and another dollop of chimichurri. Enjoy!
