Skillet cooked taco seasoned ground turkey served over Spanish rice, black beans, pico de gallo and fresh avocado.

Ingredients

  • Step 1

    Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Spray with vegetable oil and cook the ground turkey for 5-7 minutes. Add in the black beans and heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.

    Prepare the rice according to package directions.
  • Step 3

    Serve the turkey over the rice and finish with pico de gallo and avocado.
