Skillet cooked taco seasoned ground turkey served over Spanish rice, black beans, pico de gallo and fresh avocado.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey
- 1 (17.7 oz) package Spanish rice
- 2/3 cup black beans
- ½ cup pico de gallo
- ½ cup fresh avocado

Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Spray with vegetable oil and cook the ground turkey for 5-7 minutes. Add in the black beans and heat for an additional 2-3 minutes. -
Step 2
Prepare the rice according to package directions. -
Step 3
Serve the turkey over the rice and finish with pico de gallo and avocado.
