Season the turkey breast chops evenly on both sides with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

In 3 separate shallow bowls, add flour to one, eggs to another, and combine the Italian-Style and panko bread crumbs in another.

Coat each turkey breast chop on both sides with the flour, then dip into the eggs, and then press into the breadcrumb mixture on both sides, coating it well.

Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey breast chops and cook for 5-8 minutes on each side until nicely browned and they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

During the last few minutes of cooking, add 2 Tablespoons of marinara sauce to each turkey breast chop and top with the mozzarella cheese. Allow mozzarella to melt, then top with basil, and parsley. Serve and enjoy!
