Turkey Poke Bowl
Turkey Poke Bowl with an Asian flavor profile. Sauteed ground turkey with soy sauce and sesame oil mixed with vegetables and served over rice.

- 1 package Shady Brook Farms® Ground Turkey (any lean point)
- 3-4 tbsp. sesame oil
- 3-4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 chopped red bell pepper
- 1 bunch of scallions, chopped and separated into whites and greens
- 1 diced sweet potato
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 2 tbsp. spicy mayo
Step 1Sauté ground turkey and green onion whites in 2 tbsp. of sesame oil & 2 tbsp. of soy sauce until cooked through.
Step 2Remove and set aside on a plate.
Step 3In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper, diced sweet potato and more soy sauce & sesame oil.
Step 4Cover with lid and allow sweet potatoes to cook until soft.
Step 5Add the turkey back into the pan and mix together.
Step 6Serve turkey mixture over white rice and garnish with the greens of the scallions and a drizzle of spicy mayo.
