Turkey Stuffed Meatballs with Mozzarella
Italian seasoned ground turkey mixed with fresh breadcrumbs and egg. Wrapped around blocks of mozzarella cheese and air-fried for speedy cooking. Serve with warm marinara sauce and fresh basil.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fresh diced breadcrumbs
- ½ cup mozzarella cubes
- 1 cup marinara
- ¼ cup fresh chopped basil

Step 1
Preheat an air-fryer at 400F. -
Step 2
Combine the ground turkey, egg and breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl. Roll the mixture in 12 rounds sections and press the mozzarella into the center. Close the turkey around the cheese and cook in the air-fryer for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked throughout. -
Step 3
Heat the marinara sauce and serve the stuffed meatballs atop the sauce. Finish with basil.
