Easy Orange Turkey Stir Fry
This delicious Asian-inspired stir-fry by Mary’s Whole Life is an easy, 30-minute meal perfect for busy weeknights. It’s packed with juicy turkey tenderloin and fresh veggies tossed in a tangy gluten-free orange teriyaki sauce. Serve over rice topped with green onions, and your taste buds will be singing!

Ingredients
- 1 package of Shady Brook Farms® Turkey Breast Tenderloins, cut into large bite-size pieces
- 2 tbsp sesame oil, divided
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- ⅓ cup raw, unsalted cashews
- Salt & pepper
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Diced green onion, for garnish
- Jasmine rice, for serving
Stir-Fry Sauce
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp hot honey, or regular honey
- 3 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder, or cornstarch
- Zest from 1/2 an orange

Step 1
Combine all of the stir-fry sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk well to combine. Set aside. -
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp of the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add in the turkey tenderloin pieces and sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Saute for 5-7 minutes until the pieces are cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees and no longer pink inside. Remove them and set aside on a plate. -
Step 3
To the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil. Add the carrots, peppers, broccoli, onion, and cashews. Saute for 4-5 minutes until the veggies are crisp tender. -
Step 4
Add the chicken back into the pan and pour the orange stir-fry sauce over top. Stir to combine for 1-2 minutes over medium heat. The sauce should bubble and thicken as you stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste. -
Step 5
Serve the turkey stir fry over jasmine rice topped with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
