Preheat outdoor gas or charcoal grill to 550°F and lightly oil the grates.

Place the turkey sausages on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 ½ minutes then flip. Cook until they reach a minimum internal temperature of 165° F (approximately 5 to 7 ½ additional minutes). Use a meat thermometer to confirm internal temperature.

While sausages are cooking, heat the buns in the oven or on the grill (optional).

When sausages are done cooking, place in buns, top with Quick Italian Style Pickled Red Onions and Tangy Mustard Sauce. Serve and enjoy!

Quick Italian Style Pickled Red Onions: Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl, cover and let sit for at least 30 minutes. Top the grilled sausage with desired amount of onions and serve.

Tangy Mustard Sauce: Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Spread 1 Tablespoon of sauce, or desired amount, onto the bun, top with grilled sausage, and serve.
