  • 1/2 cup jarred mangos, diced
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh jalapeño, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped
