One-Skillet Cilantro Lime Turkey Tenderloin
One-pot and lots of flavor, this Cilantro Lime Turkey Tenderloin skillet is fresh and delicious. Sliced chipotle glazed turkey tenderloin served over cilantro lime rice and black beans is a meal the whole family will love.

Ingredients
- 1 package Original Turkey Breast Tenderloins
- 4-5 chipotle peppers in adobo
- 4 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- 1 ½ cups brown or white rice
- 1 (14 oz.) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1½ cups chicken stock
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes

Step 1
In a blender, blend the honey, chipotle peppers, and cumin until smooth. You may need to add a splash of water to thin it out. If so, you can add up to 2 tablespoons of water. Set aside. -
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, add the tenderloins and glaze one side with the chipotle mixture. -
Step 3
Cook the tenderloins on this side for 5-7 minutes then flip. -
Step 4
Glaze the other side of the turkey with the rest of the chipotle mixture. Cook for another 5 minutes. -
Step 5
Remove the turkey from the pan after it has reached an internal temperature of 165°F and set aside. -
Step 6
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the chopped onion to the pan. Sauté for 3 minutes. -
Step 7
Add the rice, chicken broth, salt, pepper, lime juice, and black beans. -
Step 8
Bring to a simmer and add the turkey back to the pan. -
Step 9
Reduce the heat to medium low, and cover the pan. Cook until the rice is tender. -
Step 10
Uncover and stir in the cilantro. -
Step 11
Slice the turkey and serve with the cilantro lime rice.
