Orange Turkey with Rice
Quick and easy skillet meal that uses freshly seared thin-sliced turkey cutlets tossed in Asian orange sauce with sweet red bell peppers, sweet onions, and sugar snap peas. Serve this meal over fluffy white rice with a side of soy sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 (1.5-2.5lbs.) package Turkey Breast Cutlets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 cup halved sugar snap peas
- 1 cup prepared orange sauce
- 1 (17.7 oz) package white rice

Step 1
Heat a large skillet with oil over medium-high heat. -
Step 2
Sear the turkey cutlets on both sides and add the vegetables. Cook all together for 5-7 minutes and stir in your favorite orange sauce. Simmer in the sauce for 2-3 minutes. -
Step 3
Serve over rice.
