Orange Turkey with Rice

Quick and easy skillet meal that uses freshly seared turkey breast chops tossed in Asian orange sauce with sweet red bell peppers, sweet onions, and sugar snap peas. Serve this meal over fluffy white rice with a side of soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Step 1

    Heat a large skillet with oil over medium-high heat.
  • Step 2

    Sear the turkey chops on both sides (cook until the turkey chops have reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees) and add the vegetables. Cook all together for 5-7 minutes and stir in your favorite orange sauce. Simmer in the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 3

    Serve over rice.
