Peach & Thyme Glazed Air Fried Boneless Turkey Breast
A simple yet elegant dinner option for your holiday season is this air fried boneless turkey breast. It’s covered in a sweet and savory peach thyme glaze with a touch of balsamic vinegar. The skin-on turkey breast gets perfectly crispy in the air fryer and the touch of sweetness from the glaze will create a unique, delicious, and healthy dinner option.

Boneless Turkey Breast
- 1 Skin-On Boneless Turkey Breast
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Peach Thyme Glaze
- ½ cup peach preserves
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3-4 stems of fresh thyme leaves
- 2 shallots, finely minced
Step 1Heat air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes.
Step 2Prepare the skin-on boneless turkey breast by patting it dry & season with salt and pepper.
Step 3Place the boneless turkey breast skin side down in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
Step 4In a small mixing bowl combine peach preserves, balsamic vinegar, salt, thyme leaves, and shallot. Stir well.
Step 5After 20 minutes in the air fryer, glaze the turkey breast and flip to the other side. Glaze again. Set the air fryer to cook for an additional 12 minutes.
Step 6Glaze the turkey breast again and flip once more. Cook for a final 12-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
Step 7Remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and place on a cutting board. Allow to rest for 5-7 minutes.
Step 8Slice and serve garnished with fresh thyme.
