Ingredients

punchy, creamy slaw

  • 2 c shredded cabbage
  • 1 c green apple, cut into matchsticks
  • ⅓ c plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp malt vinegar
  • ½ tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp flaky salt
  • Step 1

For the punch-creamy slaw, in a mixing bowl, combine cabbage & green apple. Toss to combine. In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, ranch seasoning mix, honey & salt. Pour the mixture over the slaw & toss well to coat.
  • Step 2

For the turkey patties, prepare an outdoor grill on medium-high heat. Season patties with 1/2 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix. Place turkey patties on grill & cook for 4 minutes, covered. Flip & continue to cook, covered, for 4-6 minutes more or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 165°F using a meat thermometer. Right before pulling from the grill, top with cheese & allow to melt.
  • Step 3

To assemble burgers, start with your favorite burger sauce on the bottom bun, top with a grilled patty, punchy-creamy slaw & the top bun lathered with sauce.
