Turkey BLT Grilled Cheese

- 1 1/2 lbs. Rotisserie Flavor Turkey Breast Tenderloins, cooked according to package instructions, and then sliced
- 12 pieces of cooked bacon
- 8 slices of sourdough bread
- 8 slices of preferred cheese
Step 1Heat a nonstick griddle to medium heat.
Step 2Spread a slice of bread with mayonnaise. Place mayonnaise side down on to griddle and layer with cheese, bacon, and slices of Shady Brook Farms Rotisserie Flavor Turkey Breast Tenderloin. Spread the second slice of bread with mayonnaise. Place this second slice, mayonnaise side down, onto the griddle. Do not layer, as this slice will serve as the top piece. Repeat with remaining slices of bread and ingredients.
Step 3Grill until cheese is melted and bread is nicely browned. Remove all pieces from the griddle for final assembly.
Step 4Layer turkey and cheese side with lettuce and tomato. Top with an un-layered slice of grilled bread. Serve immediately.
