Turkey Breakfast Sausage with Fancy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

    Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Add in the olive oil and the sausage links. Cook for 10 -12 minutes, until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached on a meat thermometer, frequently turning and moving them around in the pan to ensure even browning.
  • Step 2

    In a medium bowl, add in the eggs, salt, dry mustard, and heavy cream. Whisk until well combined. Add the butter to a skillet and heat to medium low. When the butter is melted, add in the beaten eggs and gently stir with a spatula until soft set or cooked to your liking.
  • Step 3

    Garnish the eggs with fresh chives and serve with the sausage links.
