Turkey Fusion Tikka Masala
Cook this tomato-based curry dish with fresh thin-sliced turkey cutlets seared in a deep skillet locking in the turkey flavor and simmer in Tikka Masala sauce. Serve over basmati rice and finish with a fusion of Greek tzatziki sauce and fresh cilantro.

Ingredients
- 1 (1.5-2.5lbs.) package Turkey Breast Cutlets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (13.2 oz) package tikka masala sauce
- 1 (17.7 oz) package basmati rice
- ¼ cup tzatziki sauce
- ¼ cup freshly chopped cilantro
- Naan bread

Step 1
Heat a large skillet with oil over medium-high heat. -
Step 2
Sear the turkey cutlets on both sides and stir in the tikka masala sauce. Thin out the sauce with ¼ cup of water. Simmer the turkey in the sauce for 7-10 minutes. -
Step 3
Serve over the rice and finish with a dollop of tzatziki sauce and fresh cilantro. Enjoy with warm naan bread.
