Cooking turkey meatballs in an air fryer is convenient because you don’t have to turn them frequently for an even cook. One turn halfway through will do it. The meatballs brown evenly, and they’re not as prone to falling apart. All you have to do is stand back and let the air fryer do what it does best.

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray the air fryer rack with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place the meatballs on the rack, evenly spaced apart. OR place them on a skewer before you put them in the air fryer.
  3. Set the temperature to 400˚F and set the timer to 10 minutes for Parmesan Garlic meatballs. Close the door and press start. Please note that time and temperature may vary depending on air fryer wattage and personal preferences.
  4. Stop the air fryer halfway through the cooking cycle and turn the meatballs over once. Close the door and complete the cycle. Be sure to cook the meatballs to 165˚F as measured by a meat thermometer.

Yes, you can freeze turkey meatballs to cook later, or you can cook them and freeze them to eat at a later date. We recommend that you eat them within 3 to 4 months of freezing for best taste.
