Cheesy Turkey Biscuit Bombs

  • Step 1

    Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F, indirect heat. Start by combining the shredded turkey with the cheese and gravy.
  • Step 2

    Open the biscuits and roll out to ½” thickness.
  • Step 3

    Place a scoop of the filling in the center of the biscuit dough and bring up the edges.
  • Step 4

    Crimp everything together, making sure it’s well sealed.
  • Step 5

    Place the biscuit balls in a cast iron skillet and brush with the melted butter and Italian seasoning.
  • Step 6

    Place the cast iron skillet inside the grill or oven.
  • Step 7

    Cook until the biscuits are nicely browned, approximately 20-25 minutes.
  • Step 8

    Remove from the grill, allow them to rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
