Grilled Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 package Shady Brook Farms® Turkey Patties
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for grill grates
- 4 burger buns
- Favorite burger toppings and condiments

Step 1
Season the turkey patties evenly on both sides with salt and pepper. -
Step 2
Lightly oil the grill grates and heat grill to 375-400°F degrees. Cook the turkey patties for 4-6 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F degrees. -
Step 3
During the last few of minutes of grilling time, if desired, place buns cut side down around the outer edges of the grill to toast them. -
Step 4
Assemble burgers with your favorite condiments and toppings of choice.
