Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Turkey
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- ½ tsp. chili powder
- 8 tostadas
- 1 cup black bean paste
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup pico de gallo

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan, add the ground turkey and cook until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally. -
Step 2
Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili power. Remove from the heat. -
Step 3
To assemble, spread 1-2 tablespoons of bean paste on the tostada. Top with the ground turkey mix. -
Step 4
Top with guacamole, pico and suggested toppings. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
