Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Turkey
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • 8 tostadas
  • 1 cup black bean paste
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup pico de gallo

  • Pickled red onion
  • Jalapeño

  • Lime crema

  • Step 1

    Heat olive oil in a pan, add the ground turkey and cook until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2

    Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili power. Remove from the heat.
  • Step 3

    To assemble, spread 1-2 tablespoons of bean paste on the tostada. Top with the ground turkey mix.
  • Step 4

    Top with guacamole, pico and suggested toppings. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
