Baked Italian Turkey Meatball Sammies

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Step 2

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the turkey meatballs for 1-2 minutes on each side until heated through.
  • Step 3

    In a small bowl mix together the honey and mustard.
  • Step 4

    Open the slider buns and place the bottom buns in a baking dish. Layer with provolone, a smear of honey mustard, a few arugula leaves, and thinly sliced tomatoes.
  • Step 5

    Top with 1-2 turkey meatballs in each and then place the top buns back on the sliders.
  • Step 6

    Brush the tops of the sliders with olive oil and sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning. Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the provolone is melty.
  • Step 7

    Remove from the oven and serve with any extra honey mustard that is leftover.
