  • Step 1

    For the turkey burgers, heat a saute pan or griddle over medium high heat. Once pan or griddle is hot, place the turkey burgers on the skillet or griddle and cook 4 minutes then flip. Continue to cook, approximately 4 additional minutes, until they reach a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Step 2

    While turkey burger is cooking, spread garlic mayonnaise on bottom bun.
  • Step 3

    Once burgers are cooked, remove from grill/griddle. Begin assembly by placing turkey patty on top of the bottom bun. Top turkey patty with arugula, cranberry sauce, red onion and feta cheese. Place top bun and serve.
