Heat your grill to 400°F. While this heats up, prepare your skewers.

Begin by cutting the turkey tenderloins into 1-2 inch chunks. Then cut your vegetables to roughly the same size as your turkey pieces.

In any order, skewer the turkey tenderloin, zucchini, artichoke hearts, red onion, halloumi cheese, and bell peppers.

Oil your grill grates with a small amount of canola oil and place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 4-6 minutes on one side, then flip the skewers. Cook an additional 4-6 minutes or until the internal temperature of the turkey has reached 165°F.

Remove the kababs and set aside while you prepare the dipping sauce. In a small bowl mix yogurt, garlic, salt, and finely chopped seedless cucumber.

Serve the kebabs with the yogurt sauce, hummus and pita bread, and garnish them with fresh mint and dill.
